The Note Watcher module is a visualization tool that displays the notes being played into its inputs on a keyboard graphic.
It’s great for debugging complicated polyphonic patches, for educational purposes and can simply be fascinating to watch.
Use the Octave knob to adjust the display range up or down three octaves.
Inputs may be from mono or polyphonic MIDI messages, a single monophonic CV pitch, regular Poly signals or Adroit Synthesis S-Poly signals.
If the GATE IN socket is connected as well as POLY IN then regular Poly notes will be filtered by the gate signals so that only active notes are displayed.
The Note Watcher module is part of LSSP XL and the Adroit Toolkit. It is also available as an individual module.
